Shipping & Returns

Thank you for supporting this small woman-owned business. This little fabric shop is run by a team of one, and my mission is to provide the best service possible to my fellow sewists. 

Shipping: I will get your order shipped as quickly as possible. Usually your order will be on its way from the Chicago area in one to two days. Please allow extra time for weekend and holiday orders. I ship through the United States Postal Service, and your shipping cost is determined by actual weight and destination.

Returns/Refunds: In general, fabric purchases are nonreturnable/nonrefundable. If there is an issue with your order, be sure to contact me right away. If you have any questions about fabrics as you are looking around the shop, feel free to contact me.
